Welcome to JUNO. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. JUNO is a synastry-led connection app that lets you opt into Love, Friendship, Business (working chemistry), or any combination of these connection intentions. Synastry is a language for reflection, not a prediction — JUNO does not guarantee outcomes in any frame.
1. 使用资格

2. 您的账户
创建 JUNO 账户即表示您同意： • 在注册时提供准确、最新且完整的信息。 • 维护您的密码和账户安全。 • 在发现任何未经授权访问您账户的情况时立即通知我们。 • 每人仅创建一个账户。 • 不将您的账户转让给他人。 您对在您账户下发生的所有活动负责。
3. 用户行为规范
您同意不得： • 将本应用用于任何非法或未经授权的目的。 • 骚扰、辱骂、威胁或恐吓其他用户。 • 发布仇恨、歧视或暴力内容。 • 冒充任何个人或实体。 • 发送垃圾信息、未经请求的消息或推广内容。 • 利用本应用向其他用户索取钱财。 • 上传不属于您的照片或包含裸露或色情内容的照片。 • 使用自动化系统（机器人、脚本）访问本服务。 • 试图提取数据或对本应用进行逆向工程。 违反以上规定可能导致账户被立即终止。
4. 内容所有权
• 您保留在 JUNO 上发布的内容的所有权，包括照片、个人简介文字和消息。 • 通过发布内容，您授予 JUNO 非独占性、全球性、免版税的许可，允许在本应用内使用、展示和分发您的内容，以提供服务。 • 当您删除内容或账户时，该许可即终止。 • JUNO 拥有与本应用相关的所有知识产权，包括合盘逻辑、占星计算、设计和品牌。 • 未经许可，您不得复制、修改或分发本应用的任何部分。
5. 订阅与付款
• JUNO 提供免费和高级订阅套餐。 • 高级订阅通过 App Store 或 Google Play 计费。 • 订阅将自动续订，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。 • 您可以通过设备设置管理或取消订阅。 • 退款按照 App Store 或 Google Play 的政策处理。 • JUNO 保留在提前通知的情况下更改订阅价格的权利。价格变更不会影响您当前的计费周期。
6. 终止
• 您可以随时从「设置」屏幕删除您的账户。 • 如果您违反本条款、从事有害行为，或出于我们自行决定的任何其他原因，JUNO 可能会暂停或终止您的账户。 • 终止后，您使用本应用的权利立即停止。 • 我们可能会根据法律要求或出于合法商业目的保留某些信息。 • 终止不赋予您对已付费订阅的未使用部分获得退款的权利。
7. Disclaimers — Synastry, Astrology & Working Chemistry
• JUNO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. • We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. • JUNO offers three reading frames for the same synastry engine: Love, Friendship, and Business (working chemistry). Synastry is a language for reflection, not a prediction. JUNO does not guarantee romantic, friendship, or working-chemistry outcomes. • Astrological synastry insight, compatibility context, and horoscopes are for reflection and connection purposes only and should not be relied upon for making life decisions. • The Business / Working Chemistry frame is a starting point for honest conversation about communication rhythm, trust, pace, decision style, and creative friction. It is NOT legal, financial, investment, hiring, employment, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for due diligence, references, contracts, or qualified advisors, and must not be relied on as such. • You are solely responsible for any decisions you make about people you meet through JUNO — in any frame. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person and when entering into any personal, financial, or working arrangement. • We are not responsible for the behavior of other users. • We do not perform background checks on users. • We are not responsible for any content posted by users.
8. 责任限制
